Welcome to the winnd platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between winnd and its users. By using winnd services through our website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Please read this document in full. If you do not understand any of the terms, contact our support team before creating an account.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account on the winnd platform and to take part in any gaming activity. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time, and providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. winnd allows only one account per user. Creating multiple accounts is considered a prohibited activity and may result in all accounts being closed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

winnd may verify user identities in order to operate a safe and responsible platform. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID or passport along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your winnd account secure. Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone. Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

winnd supports all major mobile banking methods familiar to users in Bangladesh. Transact using whichever method is most convenient for you.

Supported Payment Methods

Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). No methods outside this list are currently accepted.

Limits

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be limited until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• winnd reserves the right to investigate withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• The withdrawal will be sent to the number or account registered with the method you used to make your deposit.

Welcome Bonus

winnd offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds must meet a 25x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies once per account only.
• A deposit must be made within the specified time window to claim a bonus — see the promotions page for the latest deadline.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming any bonus is strictly prohibited.
• winnd reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• The contribution rate of specific games towards wagering requirements may vary — details are available on the promotions page.
• Winnings from a bonus balance will only be withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been completed.

VIP Program

Loyal winnd members are rewarded across four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — up to 1.2%. You can advance to higher tiers by playing regularly.

winnd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on our platform are sourced from reputable providers that use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

Game Service Availability

winnd aims to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however a game may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or provider problems. We do not accept any liability for losses in such cases.

Technical Errors

In the event of a bet being affected by a technical error or system disruption, winnd will endeavour to provide a fair resolution. winnd reserves the right to void any bet where clearly incorrect odds or payouts have been displayed.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within seven (7) days. Claims submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the winnd platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action where necessary:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account by the same individual.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing coordinated bets or using organized strategies with the intent of exploiting bonus benefits.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to legitimize illegal funds through the gaming platform.
• Software Manipulation: Using any bot, automated software, or hacking method to influence game outcomes.
• False Information: Providing false or forged documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a false chargeback claim with a bank or mobile banking provider for deposited funds.
• Abuse & Threats: Disrespectful, offensive, or threatening behavior toward winnd staff.
• Minor Access: Assisting a minor in creating an account.

Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set your own maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Time Out: Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a long-term or permanent self-exclusion.
• Reality Check: Receive regular notifications reminding you how long you have been playing.

Closure by User

You may close your winnd account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure your balance is settled and any applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Suspension by winnd

winnd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity
• Providing false or incomplete identity information
• Legal or regulatory reasons
• Being identified as a minor

Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonuses received and associated winnings may be forfeited. The original deposit amount may be returned following a review.

winnd provides gaming services on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees and accept no liability for the following:

• Any change to game results caused by an internet connection disruption.
• Interruption to the gaming experience caused by device or software issues.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Any unexpected situation beyond direct control.

winnd's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

Amendments to Terms

winnd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email or clearly displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation.
